Returns & Exchange
Can I return my purchase?
Absolutely, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:
Time Frame: Return the item within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Ensure the item is unworn, unused, unsoiled, undamaged, and retains its original packaging and tags.
Exclusions: Sale, promotion, or sample sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping Costs: While we can't cover return shipping costs, we recommend a secure, tracked postal method to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Can I exchange an item?
We're sorry, but we currently don't offer exchanges. However, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order for your desired piece.
What if my item is faulty?
We're here to help! Email us at hello@ruhmee.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the faulty item. Please note that damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse cannot be considered as faults.

Our standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. If you're eager to receive your items sooner, opt for express shipping at an additional cost.
Where are the orders shipped from?
All our packages are lovingly dispatched from the vibrant city of Melbourne, Australia.
How quickly do you dispatch orders?
We take 1 to 2 business days to carefully pack and dispatch your order, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition.
Please note any order placed after 2PM on Friday or over the weekend will ship out the following Monday.
