Refund & Returns Policy

Ruhmee is dedicated to providing top-notch products to our valued customers. While we strive for perfection, we acknowledge that occasionally things might not go as planned.

Should the product not meet our quality standards, we happily offer full refunds.

1. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

  • Return within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The item was delivered with defects.
  • The item remains unused and unworn.
  • The item is in its original condition without any damage or stains.
  • Retains its original packaging and tags.
  • The item was not bought during a sale.
  • Items from sample sales are non-refundable.

*It's essential to understand that linen might display some irregularities in its weave. These aren't defects but natural characteristics of the material.

Refunds will be processed minus any shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

2. DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. We recommend submitting a return for a refund so you can place a new order for what you want.

*Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns. We recommend sending your item back using a reliable, trackable postal service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot process refunds for items we do not receive. If you are considering a return, please email us at: hello@ruhmee.com.au with the subject 'Return – Order Number.'

3. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once we have received your items, please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you a confirmation email when our team has processed your refund so you’ll know it's on the way.
